### ** The Mug Station Return Policy**  

At Mug Station, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully:  

#### **Eligibility for Returns**  
- You can return non-personalised items within **30 days** of receipt for a refund or exchange.  
- To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.  

#### **Non-Returnable Items**  
- **Personalised or Customised Items:** Due to the custom nature of these products, we cannot accept returns unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.  

#### **Damaged or Defective Items**  
- If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within **7 days** of receipt. Provide photos of the damage and your order details so we can resolve the issue promptly.  

#### **Return Process**

2. Once approved, we will provide return instructions.  
3. Please note: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

#### **Refunds**  
- Refunds will be processed within **14 days** after we receive the returned item.  
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
